Privacy Notice
Last updated: June 2026
This notice explains how lt handles the personal data you provide when you book a transfer on this website. Short version: we collect what we need to deliver your ride and nothing else.
1. Who is responsible
lt is the data controller — the person responsible for deciding how your data is used. FlightDeck operates this website on lt's behalf and is the data processor. See FlightDeck's privacy policy for how FlightDeck handles data on the driver's behalf.
2. What we collect
- Booking details: pickup and dropoff addresses, date/time, passenger count, luggage count, flight number (if you give one), any notes you add.
- Contact details: name, email, phone number.
- Payment information: card payments are processed by Stripe — lt does not see or store your card details. We see only the booking reference and confirmation that the card was charged.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and standard server logs, used only to keep the site secure and resolve issues.
3. Why we collect it
- To confirm, fulfil, and communicate about your booking (legal basis: contract).
- To process payment via Stripe and issue receipts (legal basis: contract).
- To meet UK private-hire / record-keeping obligations the driver is subject to (legal basis: legal obligation).
- To handle disputes, refunds, and complaints (legal basis: legitimate interest).
4. Who we share it with
- FlightDeck — the platform operator, acting as data processor (booking storage, email delivery, dashboard).
- Stripe — card payment processing.
- Google Maps — address autocomplete and distance calculation on the booking form.
- Your local licensing authority — only if legally required (e.g. an audit of records).
We do not sell your data, share it with marketers, or use it to train AI models.
5. How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for 6 years to meet UK accounting and licensing record-keeping obligations. Email logs are kept for 1 year. Card payment metadata is held by Stripe per their own retention policy.
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email l@t.com and we'll respond within 30 days. Right-of-deletion requests may be limited by the legal retention obligations above; we'll explain if so.
7. Cookies
This site uses only the minimum cookies needed to make the booking form work (session cookie + CSRF token). Stripe and Google Maps set their own cookies when their services are used on the page; their policies apply to those.
8. Complaints
If you're unhappy with how lt has handled your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
9. Contact
